CoastalSouth Bancshares, Inc. Reports Earnings for Second Quarter 2025
CoastalSouth Bancshares, Inc. (“CoastalSouth” or the “Company”) (
NYSE: COSO), the holding company for Coastal States Bank (the “Bank”), today reported net income of approximately $6.0 million, or $0.57 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2025, compared to $5.1 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2025, and $5.9 million, or $0.56 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2024. For the year-to-date period ending June 30, 2025, the Company reported net income of $11.0 million, or $1.04 per diluted share, compared with $8.3 million, or $0.80 per diluted share, for the same period in 2024.
